Craig Serra is recognized industry leader within the clinical development, operations, and technology space. He is currently Head of Commercial Solutions and Partnerships at Flatiron Health where he is accountable for all sales, business development, go to market strategy, partnerships, and related activities for the recently established Clinical Research Business Unit. He previously was Global Head, Strategy and Innovation for Data Operations at Novartis. Prior to that, he had senior leadership roles at IQVIA and Pfizer, as well as serving in a multi-faceted executive role at a niche CRO (DSP Clinical). He was named Pharmaceutical Executive’s “2020 Emerging Pharma Leaders” and PharmaVOICE “100 Most Inspiring People” for both 2017 and 2020.

Craig”s education includes earning a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, both an MBA in Management and an MS in Information Systems from Fordham University, and an MS in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Michigan State University. Craig has served on the Board of Directors for the Cristian Rivera Foundation, whose purpose is to find a cure for an exceptionally rare pediatric brain cancer, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma (DIPG) as well as serve on the advisory board of Castor, a leading decentralized trial company. Additionally, Craig is an angel investor with proud support in particular for Little Journey which supports children going through a variety of medical procedures and otherwise anxiety inducing healthcare interactions.
