The company developed an integrated suite of software applications and services for both wireline and wireless telephone companies and public safety agencies that allows the complete processing of a 911 call from inception to dispatch as well as incident records management and analysis.
The company IPO’d in 1998, and was later acquired by West Corp., a large private telecom services provider.
